Went in with a coolant leak in my BMW. Already frustrated with previous high repair bills, I was calmed to hear that Max and Victor would take care of my vehicle without charging an arm and a leg. My car was quickly fixed with car. 10/10 experience very friendly staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

After taking my vehicle to several other shops without getting the problem resolved, I finally brought it to Tune Rite Auto, and they were able to fix the issues. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Julio and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, treated us with genuine respect. If you're reading this review and wondering whether to give them a try, my answer is yes. Tune Rite Auto provided an experience that truly stood out, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, quality automotive service.

I came in with not one, but TWO flat tires, and these guys were incredible from start to finish! They got me back on the road quickly with a temporary fix and were genuinely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They gave me a quote for two new tires, and honestly, the deal was too good to pass up — especially with the amazing customer service they provided. It’s hard to find honest, friendly service like this these days. They definitely earned a long-term customer. Thank you guys so much!

Warning: Do Not Trust This Repair Shop! I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. Yesterday, our 2009 Toyota Camry would not start and several warning lights were on. We brought the car in for inspection and repair. The shop told us that the alternator and fan belt needed to be replaced. They also said the battery was still at 65% and was fine (just needed charging or not replaced). We agreed to replace only the alternator and fan belt for now, and they charged us $1,400. Today we picked up the car — and the warning lights were STILL on. We immediately drove it back and asked them to check it again. This time, they told us another part needed to be replaced and it would cost another $1,400. We decided not to move forward with more repairs at this time. Then they told us the battery was dead and had to jump-start the car for us to drive away — even though yesterday they said the battery was fine. This whole experience feels dishonest and unprofessional. We paid $1,400 and the original problem was not even fixed. Now they are asking for another $1,400 and suddenly the battery is “dead.” This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this repair shop.

Every single person working at Tune Rite are very nice and down to earth people however diagnosis claims about finding my electrical problem with my car quoted as 600 dollars was generalized as harness problem and it was quoted me as 7000 dollars to fix. Which is another way of saying that we don't want to fix your car we just want to collect $600 that we agreed to charge for diagnosis. If you want to get you a car fixed do not get over hyped about their competence (like I did) and make sure you don't agree on any type of diagnosis fee unless within the range of reasonable hundred fifty dollars or maybe most $200. Remember if they want don't want to fix your car they will give you an outrageous repair price so that they would just collect the diagnosis fee. It's simply their business model and I strongly disagree with this model. Now you know. I almost forgot. My car stayed in their parking lot for a week before they did anything with the diagnosis. Even if you decide to get your car fixed there make sure call them the next day to check up the status of the diagnosis. And if they don't provide you the details about the diagnosis, assume that they didn't do anything yet they're just
